We found James through Zillow when we tried to book a house showing on the app. We are first time home buyers and being from a different country, we had only minimal knowledge of the process. He made sure to answer all questions we had and also offered to show other houses. He also connected us to Mikim to help us through the mortgage process. He was very quick in setting up showings for us and provided some good options within our price range to look into. We were finally stuck between 2 houses and he patiently answered all questions and also helped us in arriving at a conclusion. We felt that he negotiated for the house we chose really well. He explained different parts of the agreement as needed and choosing the right mortgage option for our needs. I am sure he will be constantly helpful till we are done with all the work for closing 5 months from now. I would happily recommend him to any of my friends who are looking to buy or sell a house. Despite how stressful the house purchasing process can be, especially for a first time home buyer like myself. James was excellent at navigating through the process to swiftly get a second option which turned out to be my new home.
