Born and raised just outside London in the UK, James began his real estate career with one of the country’s leading independent real estate firms in 2006. Quickly rising through the ranks into management, he was recognized both regionally and nationally for his sales performances, whilst his teams enjoyed similar and sustained success. James made the transatlantic move to Carmel, Indiana in 2019, where he founded West Eight Property Group in early 2020.
After executing 1000+ career transactions, James is vastly experienced in the art of negotiation, marketing and advertising. His vigorous work ethic and extensive experience make James the ideal agent to transact the sale or purchase of your home.
An avid supporter of Liverpool Football Club , James has always enjoyed playing and watching football (soccer) and supported his club from a very early age. Prior to real estate, his love of acting led to an appearance in ‘Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire’.
James attributes his success in the real estate business to the tremendous support he receives from his wife, Caity and their sons, Parker and Pierce.
